Skived sheet can be made in any thickness from 15 mils up to .250 inches. Fluoro-Plastics technology makes it possible to make in-between sizes. Thickness tolerances range from .0005 for sizes from .002" thick to .005" thick up to .003" tolerance for material that is over .060" thick. Skived sheet is ideal as a slide surface, for chute liners, other kinds of liners, or for cutting or stamping into gaskets (asbestos substitute) and diaphragms, including complex stamped gasket configurations. It comes in sheets from 60 inches by 60 inches square to rolls 60 inches wide. Standard sizes are 48 inches square, twelve inches square, twenty-four inches square, thirty-six inches square, and rolls one, two, three and four feet wide are available ...
